The reason for the recent issues with NLD Client and older versions of DJI Assistant 2.

DJI has removed some servers which the older versions of DJI Assistant 2 relied on. That is why we have decided to suspend the sale of NLD Client keys until we have a workaround the issue. Based on our previous experience on our not so accurate attempt on estimating a release date we will a wait a little while before announcing the release date.

UPDATE:

We are have a solution and are working on a implementation and we expect to have something ready for you within 2-3 days.

Yikes. It's now 1/25/2018. I just purchased NLD and disabled the altitude limit a week ago. It worked great, so I thought I'd see if there were settings to modify maximum decent speed, and poof! My drone firmware has reset and 500 m is re-imposed as an altitude limit. Nevertheless, NLD did a pretty impressive job. Before accidentally re-flashing my firmware due to DJI sneakiness, I had it >3000 ft up to take a few pictures.

Can't wait for the updated release so I can fly my Mavic unrestricted. Power to nolimitdronez - saving us from DJI who want to dumb down our drones and take all the fun out of it!

I had the chance to modify my Mavic just before NLD had some troubles with the COM port. Now I have a wonderful free bird without limitations and I’m very happy. Here in Switzerland we don’t have so many restrictions and the limitations imposed by DJI are not at all justified. I’m extremely thankful with the guys of NLD for their great job and I’m looking forwards to be able to connect soon again my bird to improve once more the speed and other parameters.
Don’t give up NLD, I’m sure you’ll face the problem
