Disable Return To Home (RTH) - Compatible firmwares?

Which DJI Spark firmwares are compatible with the RTH removal? The automatic return to home is making it very difficult to fly above the altitude limit, as it will force me to descend at a painfully slow 3 m/s and cut short flights. I am on 1.00.0300 and am unable to remove automatic RTH via the flight controller tab.

Hi !  about the rth i don´t know becuase i am pretty new to this to and just have done my .0300 flash   , but the descent rate i changed in the flight control meny
in the sportmode category increase the minus value and it would descent faster , atleast when your in sportmode it can be usefull . look at cruzroy what he uses and go from there ,    look from 21 minutes and forward for his values  , or try increase it even more https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H4yDz4t2_Fk
