Mavmount Query

Hi Everyone. I'm currently looking at purchasing one of the "Mavmount" device adapters. I'm wanting to get one to use a normal size iPad with the controller and also test to see how it works with an iPhone. My query is should I simply look at getting the specific size for the iPad, or should I look at getting the 55-278mm or a specific size? What are the disadvantages of getting the 55-278 and if there are none, then why doesn't everyone just get this rather than specific sizes? Any advice/feedback appreciated! Thanks!

I want to order this, can you explain what comes with it? The price for the red, with clamp for 10.5 ipad pro, $60.. does that come with everything shown in the OP picture? Obviously not the drone or the controller lol. What else do I need to get? OR does this come with everything needed to attach my iPad? I don't have anything right now for attaching. I have the drone, controller, and iPad.
