and view it in the root directory but cant open it....

to install any program that hasnt come from the playstore you need to allow app from unknown sources its in the settings under security, I find it best to copy programs into the download folder.

thanks Jud you are right I first had to Install an File manager for the app store then i could manage The NDLGO4(apk) file.
It ask for premission and then download
