What's the situation that my pro platinum version can't connect to USB

It worked a while and disconnected

use the original DJI USB cable! other one doesnt work at mine platinum

I've been trying to downgrade my Mavic pro platinum but keeps freezing.
I'm using a laptop running windows 8.1 but when i connect drone via usb the drive connects then vanishes when its half way through downgrading and everything freezes. i,ve installed formatted sd card under bonnet but still the same.
It seems like windows cannot keep drone connected and i don't know the problem.
