My drone it’s lock from Dji

Hello there I really have a big problem with dji I just bought my drone from
Amazon I have all poof of receipt am
My money taken from my account , but because amazon deliver late my package Dji lock my drone and I’m unable to use
Now nether Amazon or Dji do nothing I fight with them for 4 mounts and I can’t take my money back and I can’t use my drone
It’s something what I can do ? Thank you

If you have purchased your drone from Amazon, you can toss it back to them anytime stating that it's faulty. It's an automatic process, and you'll get back your money in days.
