Can i used the dual remote control with nld. i would like to use one remote at standard power and leave one on 1.5 power output if possible.

Hi there,

Sadly, this settings is "saved" on the drone, so applying a boosted power mode will affect any remote you wish to pair to the drone, it cannot be controlled individually.
