downgrading DJI Goggles and controller to firmware 01.03.0700

I just downgraded my Mavic Pro to 01.03.0700 and it is working well. Does anyone know how I can sync up the firmware in the controller and Goggles?

The goggles mostly work, but head tracking does not work. The controller also mostly works but i seem to have lost some features like the ascent/descent speed.
