I tried to downgrade my Platinum Pro and after the second try the light on the drone turned red and the fan stopped working. I tried to restart the unit and restart the software but the software does not recognize the drone.

Has anyone fixed this situation?

Actually the unit is working again. I went to an older version of DJI Assistant on the Mac and it saw the drone.
I was able to upload the most recent firmware and I have begun the process all over again.
Now my problem is I can not install the Flight Controller Custom Patch, deployment fails at exactly 72% every time.
Any ideas? I opened a ticket with NLD support.

Client 2.0.0.1 update but the same problem exists. The patchfails at 72% when the drone is disconected from the usb.
