I just successfully modded my new M2Zoom to 1.00.100 (Found an early manufactured one...pre 6/2019). But when I turn on my Smart Controller to fly, I’m getting a “cannot take off”.  Not because of NFZ..,but it says that I must upgrade my firmware!!??  Anyone else have this issue???

Before you down graded what version were you on, and was your version lower than .510 and/or purchased before fall 2019? I also have a smart controller with Mavic 2 zoom, but cant downgrade due to a newer .510 aircraft firmware already installed.

I think I solved my problem by re-flashing v.100.  Seems to be working now.

But since you brought it up, I actually had to upgrade--yes...UPGRADE!!--from .050 to .100 (God bless the fellas who developed the S/N reader so you can determine the date of manufacture!!  I searched about 6 local stores looking at serial numbers before I found a "pre v.510" bird that had been sitting unsold on the shelves of our MicroCenter for over a year!  Made in Dec 2018!).
