Lost FCC-Mode with firmware

Hello all,

my first post here, so I am not sure about forum section. Tried to find solution here, but without success.

I was using a M2 zoom with 01.00.0510 when I thought trying the new advertized features of increased FCC-range and also try latest firmware.

So I upgraded from 01.00.0510 to 01.00.0670, used the fcc+signal boost patch which both seemed to work.
After connecting to my drone and checking on signal strength it showed -108 dB where it showed >-90 dB before.
Looks like FCC mode is not working anymore there.

So I downgraded to 01.00.0510 again und patched FCC-mode, but it still shows -108 dB.

I want to go back to strong signal which was my original reason to use NLD.

How can I do that?

Actually according to birdmap mavic 2 should be FCC-compatible with all FW-versions.

Also I did some more research. There is a description how to tell if I run FCC or CE-mode here:

https://greyarro.ws/t/how-to-tell-if-you-are-in-ce-or-fcc-power-mode-using-go4/3315

So if the thin line is above -90 db at about -88 you are running FCC-mode, -92 db something means CE-mode. Is this a correct way to tell?

You need to apply the mod by NLD again after you update to .670
