Did you explain that you are having firmware issues?  They didn't ask you to try anything first?

Just an FYI -
If you are affected by this firmware "loop" issue and need to return your drone to DJI for warranty, hit us up on support when you get a replacement and we will get your original activation key deactivated and get you setup with a new one, so you can enjoy your replaced drone.
Our Dev team has worked this issue pretty hard with no good result to get out of the "loop" so you can flash successfully.  We have sent one of our test M2s in to DJI support, so that should tell you something, especially now that DJI released an updated DJI Assistant that was supposed to take care of this issue, and from all reports we have seen, has not fixed the issue at all.

Very much appreciated.  Frustrating outcome for all but at least we're still all under warranty.  Here's hoping it doesn't take them too long to get them fixed and shipped back.  Time to dust off the OG Mavic.

Nice.  Glad to see that.  Now all I have to do is get off my ass and put mine in the mail.

Thanks for posting.
